We currently only accept on line orders with a UK main land delivery address.  If you live outside this area please call for postage costs.

Your goods will be sent by Interlink Parcel Couriers.

The parcel will be dispatched within 7 working days after receiving your order.

Privacy Policy

SECS Group does not disclose your information to third parties.  Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping basket once you have selected an item and entered your address details.

Security

Providing you with the safest way to purchase is our up most concern.  Therefore we would like to reassure you that all details given to us are held in a secure server that is encrypted.

If you have a complaint about a product or service please contact us.  Once your complaint has been received we will deal with it within 48 hours.  If there are any delays you will be notified either by phone, post or e-mail.

Our Refunds Policy

Our refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.

If the goods are faulty or an error was made on our part we will return the corrected goods at our expense.

If you are returning the goods and there was no error on our part we will not refund the postage.

We do not have a free returns service.  Please return the goods via the post office, we recommend that you get proof of posting.

When you send your item back to us, we’ll process the returned item.  You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within three weeks of our receiving your return.

We will not refund the cost of delivery and other services provided to you in connection with your purchase unless you return the item to us because of an error on our part or because it is defective.
